The meeting was
with the assistance of the Secretary of Development, Science and Technology, Government of Pará, Maurilio Monteiro, in charge of the area of International Cooperation, Nazaré IMBIRIBA and representatives of the Brazilian Service of Support to Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae), Tavares and CLAID Carmelia Oliveira, and Deputy Minister for Management and Tourism Development Mintur, Luis Arriaga.
During the meeting bilateral agreements were raised, among which is the financing of the parties to create a vacation plan that benefits the officers attached to the government of Pará and Mintur referred to in exchange for enjoying the tourist destinations of both countries.
Also aims to create a partnership between the agencies; Company Paraense de Turismo (Paratur) and Venezolana de Turismo (Venetur) SA, to tour operators and service providers leverage the marketing of tourism resources of the Amazon territory now shared.
Talks also were advanced in training, and tourism management projects between the Brazilian Service of Support to Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae) and Mintur, through the National Institute of Tourism (Inatur) in order to initiate a program of community tourism .
Deputy Minister for Management and Tourism Development Mintur, Luis Arriaga explained that materialize these agreements, both countries will benefit in the cultural and tourism potentials to ascertain their quality and service. (Press Mintur / Igor Fernández C.)
